Five Washington cities — Tacoma, Richland, Bellevue, Vancouver and Spokane — are among a list of the 100 best places to live in America, according to a new report.
Brighton, Mich.-based RelocateAmericasaid the 100 cities “are well positioned for economic recovery, already experiencing strong economic recovery or have proven overall economic stability. Factors such as employment, education, community leadership and overall quality of life are strongly considered and all the data is examined to determine the Top 100.”
The site issued plaudits for all Washington cities on the list, such as:
“With so many things to do, both indoors and outdoors, Tacoma residents sometimes have trouble choosing how to spend their leisure hours.”
“Bellevue has a thriving business community anchored by high-tech firms, quality retail businesses, banking, services and corporate headquarters offices.”
“Spokane’s housing market has experienced steady growth for the past several years, and we continue to be one of the most economical places to live in the nation.”
